The free poll that Alxnet.com offer is another highly customisable service. You can customise all aspects of the polls including background colours, font colours, background images and more. You can have upto 30answers per question which is much higher than a lot of the other free services, and you can prevent users from voting twice by using cookies and/or IP-logging.
